I am setting up a consulting company that would invoice a company for services on a monthly basis. I assume that we will have to invoice for VAT and that the company that is using my services, would claim the vat back. The consulting company would then pay me as a small salary as well as some benefits. Hence I need my personal tax done as well as the company tax. The consulting company would have to be set up. Pretty simple stuff.
