We are a cooperative looking for a service of an accountant to work with.We have put together a business model that the Industrial Development cooperation has undertook to finance. So, IDC has requested that we engage the services of an accountant who can help us with finalizing our business plan comprising of a Chicken farm and crops, setting the milestones of how the business will grow and Financials that indicates business viability and targets. We have engaged the IDC and they are willing to assist us with payment of the accountant for all the services that he will render to us immediately when our grant is released as promised Once we receieved a favorable response we I'll then provide all necessary certificates, information containing our business plan and any other support already arranged.
I can provide all the relevant information electronically in the form of spreadsheets, csv bank statements, and pdf bills/invoices. I am looking for someone to (a) produce annual financial statements, (b) do the income tax return, and (c) respond to two or three queries during the year, e.g. an estimate of net income for the year so that we can decide on the level of charitable giving before the end of each financial year. We do not require monthly management accounts. The Trust is small and simple; it has three assets (two properties and one investment) together valued at around R7m-R8m and annual income (rental and from investments) of between Rk-Rk. The Trustees are 4 brothers who make decisions by consensus and work collaboratively and harmoniously together. In the first instance, we would like to appoint a new service provider for the FYE 28 Feb and would ideally like to do so in the next 2 months.
