Hello at Procompare I am a Swiss living in Switzerland. I am a Swiss tax resident. I own an apartment in Cape Town which is let using Airbnb using a provider (ManageAir). There is no mortgage on the apartment and the property is in my personal name (i.e. no VAT entity). I also have a local South African Bank account with a cash investment generating investment income. Other than these two sources of income, I'm not expecting any income. There will be deductions like levies, rates, etc. I am not expecting the South African income to be higher than ZAR k - my global income is obviously very different (but not relevant given it is generated outside SA and I am not a SA tax resident). I registered for e-filing with SARS but wasn't able to proceed to tax filing - e.g. it won't accept my foreign mobile number starting with a +41... Hence it might be easier to get local accountant/tax consultant submitting income on my behalf. The first income has been generated in January . I look forward to receiving your quote. Best regards,
