Hi My business is at the final stage but I am now requested to submit the ffg: VOTING RIGHTS A letter from the authorised representative confirming the names of those holding 25% or more of the Entity's voting rights at General Meetings OR the document attached to the original email Related Party Form confirming the percentage voting rights at General Meetings CIPC DOCUMENTS Any of the following documents from the Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) - CIPC Certificate of Confirmation OR Registration Certificate (CoR 14.3 or CoR 18(3) if converted from a CC to a Company) OR Notice of Incorporation (CoR 14.1) OR Certificate of Incorporation (CM1) OR CoR 21.1. In the case of Change of Directors the Certificate of Director Amendments (CoR39) or (CM29) obtained from the Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is required. In the case of Company name Change the Certificate of Company Name Change (CoR15.2) or (CM9) obtained from the Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is required.

I would like to have my Provisional Tax filed as the SARS offices have been doing it all these years for me but they say no-one is allowed in the Building , The System is now changed and i cannot locate the section dealing with Provisional Tax.which involves only my half yearly interest I earn on my investments
