Got a system now it stoped working battery problems let it stand for while. I bought a new battery. It won't arm or work. Our alarm company, Blue Security, sent some to check he said it's old and need new system. Need a quote to repair upgrade. I believe they just trying their luck. Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms. My wishes: 8 rooms, I wanted more if possible but with the restrictions in that municipality it might be a problem according to the town planner. I also need each room to have small kitchen area, place to sleep, and toilet with shower.
