Good day, I would like to to have the bottom panel of my garage door replaced as it has become damaged over the years. The top two panels are still fine. I also need 3 x new remote controls for my garage door. I got them when I had the doors installed originally, so they are many years old. See attached. Thank you, René.

I live in a complex where the color code is green for g/doors. I had the original two single doors removed as I had to heighten them to accommodate my bakkie, which has a heightened suspension and removed the center column. At the same time, I had a through door put in which needs a door. It, too, is higher than standard.sizes. Are you able to accommodate me. PS I would prefer the main door to be sectional if that is possible of arrangement.

The plans are in the works. - No garages required, - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - ground floor, - Kitchen and lounge must be on 1 st floor, - Open plan, - Cost effective building (steel frame, container, modular etc). Double store. Top floor: Balcony back and front, private lounge with sliding door. 1B/r (5X4) with sliding door, 2 smaller B/rd all b/r with ensuite. Bottom floor; double garage open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, pentry guest toilet, b/r (4X5) with sliding door on balcony. Scalary with separate entrance but walk undercover. I have the plans in the making.

It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.
