Was hoping you could help us out as well I intend to build a 3 room/lounge and bedroom with attached bathroom extension to a currently standing house. Lounge: 10 x 7m Bedroom: 7 x 7m Bathroom: 5 x 4m Please could you advise me on how much would this cost incl labour and materials etc. Please do advise the difference in cost if we build a double storey instead of single.
