Good day, At my current property I have 1x Luxpower 5kw Hybrid Invertor, 1x Volta Stage 1 Battery and 10x panels (not sure of w). This is enough to power my geyser, borehole pump, pool pump and everything else and lasts during the night in summer (need to buy some elc during winter). Moving to a new place without a pool pump and borehole pump. Looking for a similar a setup, with either 8x panels or maybe a bigger battery (or two of the same depended on cost). But they signed papers with the previous councillor but lost the documents. Over the years they struggled to change ownership to my mother from my aunt. Now the lawyers they attended recently said the names cannot be changed because the house is under the manucipality name and not my aunts name as it was an RDP. It has to be changed to her name before it can be changed to my mother. So the title deed is with the manucipality and not in my aunt's name. So I need clarity on that matter so that I know how to help her.
