We have signed a 12 month lease agreement, now 6 months in the agreement the landlord wants us to vacate. In the contract it states that incase of the landlord selling we are to vacate and 30 notice is to be given. We have now received that notice, but upon signing this agreement in the beginning the landlord stated that it's not valid to us. Also we didn't need to pay a deposit. I need advice on how to firmly deal with this as it seems like the landlord has done this before to previous tenants and that his basically trying to force us out.
So I'd like to do a good amount of renovation to my new home. Id like to just state what we'd like to do in no particular order: so we'd like to renovate and modernise the bathroom and kitchen, update or change our wardrobes, tile the floors throughout the house (maybe even get heated tiles, we also have to remove a carpet) paint the interior of the house, change our geyser from the current low pressure geyser to a bigger high pressure geyser, change our carport sheets (awning) and I believe that's about it - concept of solar is considered especially for the geyser and the potential of heated tiles.
My son wants to apply for a South African passport through his father who held a South African passport. Our son was born in the UK and we didn't register his birth with South Africa, is this needed before he can apply? If so, I believe we need a lawyer's help to do this. Requesting costs to get funds back from builder in PE , I made payment of R that did not go through with very slow internet and made another payment and both payments went through. The builder still have my keys to my premises which he had to hand in at our agent in JBay as we had people that wanted to rent for 5 Days at R per day and we could not rent the place to them because the builder renovator did not hand in the keys. The builder is Webber's Construction and Cabinets. He also removed the cabinet doors and I still have no proof that the doors was fitted again. He promised to pay the amount back on the 2nd of June. What can be done and what am I to do.

I was placed on paid suspension on 3 July i corporate with the investigation, the evidence I received was only made up statements from ex colleagues. I resigned 15 July before the hearing to avoid further stress. I knew doing this will look like admitting to the deed but I was just drained and wanted this to be over I did not do anything that I am accused of . My resignation was accepted by the company on 16 July , but I have received 3 letters from their attorney's today threatening for criminal case against me.
I feel my supervisor was dishonest when writing the incident report because when he brought me the report nothing was fill in he just asked to sign and it's my first time doing an incident report so I really didn't know how these things work so I only saw and read through this incident report after I was dismissed
