I already had case, but the settlement agreement was breached. I need legal assistance as they didn't pay out correct amount and my reference agreed apon was also breached when new employer phoned to get reference, I have in writing where they don't refer me and this was part of my settlement agreement. I am struggling to find work cause of this block and clearly fraud on their side. Financially it's had major effect on my life and lost my home as well now. I need urgent assistance as we settled and agreed to things after unfairly dismissing me.
I was placed on paid suspension on 3 July i corporate with the investigation, the evidence I received was only made up statements from ex colleagues. I resigned 15 July before the hearing to avoid further stress. I knew doing this will look like admitting to the deed but I was just drained and wanted this to be over I did not do anything that I am accused of . My resignation was accepted by the company on 16 July , but I have received 3 letters from their attorney's today threatening for criminal case against me.
I feel my supervisor was dishonest when writing the incident report because when he brought me the report nothing was fill in he just asked to sign and it's my first time doing an incident report so I really didn't know how these things work so I only saw and read through this incident report after I was dismissed

Hi I'm representing 30 people on this matter ,2 arbitration award was granted in the union failing to enforcement the award to the employer during the unfair dismiss. the award was to reinstate and back payments so we want to reinstate the matter to the higher court to sue the union. please help
The matter is withdraw, there was potential dishonest, betray and misrepresentation by my lawyer with collusion with my opponents, explosive evidence were concealed and extremely compromised to my prospect of success, the improper conducts and maladministration was conducted. The matter need transfer of the case from PE labour court to any Labour Court for reinstatement of the review, the transfer will be based on the potential interference and several reasons that occur on my matter. I was unfairly dismissed I'm a restaurant manager The company refuses since start date to give payslips They randomly deducted uif but was never paid No overtime They owe me public holidays A full year of off days they refused to give me or pay out After being dismissed because I asked I had to wait for my leave pay which was only 21 days I never got off so I became sick I needed rest I went to a doctor I provided a doctor's note my boss sent me a Whatsapp messages saying I must no bother coming back to work hr will give me notice immediately They kept trying to build a case against me over a period of time because I started asking for my off days or pay My payslips etc It's a constant victimization swearing etc And I was once threatened in a meeting in the presence of hr and nothing happened they get paid to defend the company Most of the employees at the company are employed illegal without proper papers and documentation This company does everything not by the book so they can benefit I'm not the first to be dismissed like this I do have witnesses that will testify the same thing happened to them or how unfair I was being treated sworn at and victimized I'm not sure how to go about legally with ccma and labor law I lost alot in life due to me now being unemployed it becomes even more of a struggle as I wasnt expecting this
