Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I want to convert existing to double story. Add 4 more bedrooms, e suite in main bedroom, open plan lounge and small dinning area and another bathroom
New building. With a touch of country and Morden design. A 5 bedroom 5.5 baths double story. I am not sure about size of the property, but the land is not an issue. it will be double story
