We had asked for these docs at least a week before the SARS appointment and explained to you the importance of sending the documents well in advance so that we can check them for completeness. But you only returned the documents to us 1 working day before the SARS appointment. I have decided to no longer assist you because your tone of voice (towards me and my staff) is unpleasant. We do not tolerate disrespect from clients.
