I requested a certain builder to build for me. Niw he left the job incomplete so I need a qoute from you for the folowing task. 1. Installing 9 normal doors and one pivot door. 2. Fixing wallls, spaces to insert 10 windows in each room are not at the centre of the walls. 3. To intall garage ramb which is 6 x 4 sqaure meters. 4. To complete walls up to the roof level ( currently the height level of the wall which is slready there is 8 brick block up . 5. To complete walls for 1.8 x 1 meter toilet.
We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.

They are in poor condition now but I want to improve them by increasing their size, including a bathroom, sink, giza, good ceiling and tiles. I want to know the possible cost and then gather the amount. The only limit might be sizing, the size of the yard might not allow increasing of the size.
I have an old house that needs a face lift. It’s a 3 bedroom house. I need a quote on removing a wall between the kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. I also need a quote on removing a wall between the toilet room and bathroom to create a one bathroom. We’d like to change the floors from carpet to vinyl throughout the house and update the popcorn walls to flat walls. Some of the walls have cracks in them and I’m not sure if they can just be plastered. We’d also like to update the bathroom and kitchen by adding new cabinets, basins, etc. Basically a full renovation. It is the windows I require cleaning of. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen windows. 2 bed & 2 batrooms are upstairs and the rest of the windows are downstairs. The main bedroom and downstairs bedroom have small sliding doors, 1 x small sliding door in the lounge, a bigger one in the dining room leading to the patio and a glass door to the quart yard and a glass entrance door.
