We have one and a half walls built already. I have attached an image of how other garages are built within our estate, if we could make it flat (assuming we would need a gutter system so water doesn't stagnate on the top), as we will eventually look at building the third bedroom above the garage later in the year. We are employees who are on legal strike since last year April until now Our case has referred to ccma by union representative (TASWU union) for arbitration /conciliation We have received an advisory arbitration award on 22 July however,there is no way forward between employees and employer receiving this award.

A specific law needs to be tested after illegal forfeiture by the state and others. The state admits that "irregularities took place" (the curator bonis), but doesn't do anything about it. It left me in a díre financial position. The forfeiture in this case was/is % contradicting the Constitution as there was néver any criminal case against us (three pensioners). One of the other "victims" is an old man, 90, and is nót healthy. The forfeiture and other related facts have broken him completely.

Nobody can as yet explain what has happened to the movable assets. With regards to the immovable property, I have in writing where an undertaking was made that it should come back to me. (All the proof is at present in store. That is documents ánd two sets of photos.)

Boundary wall on a corner property. 2 walls required: 35m Length of the property 25m Width of the property 7m diagonal wall (corner of the property) The base of the wall will be mm The wall will have 1.2 high meter pillars every 3m Each pillar will have with mm to mm high caps The plan is to fit palisade or steel fence on the base between the pillars (approx. mm high) The contractor will plaster the wall after the fence has been fitted.
Good morning, Can you please advise your call out fee to assess the problem with our large slider gate. It doesn't always open or close properly. The two guide rubbers for the gate are worn and the track that it runs on (the track was extended when we fitted the gate) may need to be bolted into the ground a bit more.
