There is an existing smaller bachelor pad in front of one of the double garage bays that opens into the garage. We want to extend it into that garage bay taking roughly another 3 meters of space to create a bigger bachelor pad. There is already a preexisting toilet and shower that is workign and functional as well.
We have a new build of a 3 story house that is nearing completion; however there is quite a bit of electrical work that needs finishing. The electrician needs to be qualified and competent in new wiring of electrical work, plugs, stoves etc. There is also further work on pool pump connections, alarm connections, access control, garage & gate motors, earthing etc. I am seeking a professional and affordable service provider who is ready to start immediately.
We currently have aircons installed in 3 bedrooms and 1 in my home office. Eskom worked on electricity about 2 weeks ago and there was a surcharge and all the aircons blew. I need 3 x BTU for the bedrooms and 1 x BTU for my home office. If you are able to quote me on invertor aircons that would be great.
