Thomas was promptly and he was engaged with us from go. He listened to our request and we agreed with the cost and their requirements to start the work. I was excited to have someone to assist with aligning our books so that we can see the true reflection of our business performance. He sounded knowledgeable and he promised to get us going with QuickBooks Online.

We haven't received the service as promised by Thomas or the service we paid for. He scheduled the meetings twice with me to discuss our needs and in both case he did not answer his phone or apologise. I'm very disappointed with his disappearance and his not answering my calls anymore.
