I am a 66 year old female pensioner, and my neighbour filed a complaint of common assault against me. Agent presented an OTP, did not explain any of the clauses in the contract besides saying it’s for banks approval for the bond and a legal binding document and nothing else. She gave us 46 pages, showed us where to sign in less than 30 minutes we than left.
