My partner and I have booked a long weekend away starting the 21st of March until the 23rd of March . On the Saturday, the 22nd of March, we will have our friends and family gather on the lawn of an AirBnB farmhouse called Marshall Farm in Vermaaklikheid where we will get married. We are looking for a caterer to support with catering on Saturday the 22nd of March for an afternoon lunch, preferrably 3 course.

We host three events each a year which is YOUTH DAY on June Month .We work with the public schools under the Department of Education promoting cultural activities ,Sport and Scouting than host the event as the preparation for school Culture competition that are usually hosted by the Department of Education. This year we plan to market our work at Museum where all the schools we work with to face the competition with all cultural activities such as INGOMA, ISCATHAMIYA,UMSHADO,SPIRITUAL GOSPEL, POETRY, ACTING AND CREATIVE ART. This year we need four High Artist performance, big sound and 2 djs .The schools will be rewarded with trofy and certificates plus medals . Our event will be on the 20th June at Golden horses and it will start on the morning by 8am to 3 pm.

Hi We are coming to oudtshoorn for our national cheerleading champs. I have about 70 athletes coming with me. I am looking for a company to do breakfast lunch and dinner. I am waiting for confirmation of dates but it will be one of the 2 weeks mentioned above. The inhouse caterers at the venues we are looking at are charging extremely high prices, so looking for someone to cater all our meals for the week we are there. The wedding is a lobola celebration/modern traditional wedding. My fiance is a Xhosa man and I am a Tswana girl. The matrimony and reception will be held at my home (in the yard- our yard is quite spacious). We are expecting guests from the Eastern Cape (My fiance's family). We are hoping to have both the matrimony and the reception in a beautifully decorated marquee, where at least 30 to 40 people will be seated in the marquee.
