I will be running a home for holiday rentals. I would need cleaning services as and when there are guests booked. For the duration of the guests' stay, cleaning would be daily (except Sunday) and when there are no guests booked, light cleaning weekly. The house is fitted with a washing machine and dryer, there would be a need for washing and ironing linen and towels for each booking. The area is in a game reserve with a lot of dust, window cleaning would be required once a month.

I require a fence of about 4.5 meters in length plus a pedestrian gate. The height needs to be about 1 meter to 1.2 meters. I am not too sure about the kind of fence I need, I would need some advice on which kind would be best. The fence is required in order to keep my small dog away from an access gate. Build kiosk or danger room with two dbs 1st one supply 6 units plus danger room , outside lights ,gate motor,water booster pump,cameras electric fence and 2nd db supply 2 units . Each units must hv its own db .

We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
We have a french drain that overflows with all the rain. Had it pumped out but didn’t help. Can connect to main sewerage system but have to pump it upwards. We would like to look at other options..maybe install a watertank that can collect the water from the washing machine and water used in doggy parlour in flat at the back of the house.
