My 10 year old daughter want to stay with me and not with her father me is gone now for 2 months to stay by his uncle. I just want to handle the devorice off soon as possible. He did service me with some documents but my id is wrong and there he want my daughter to stay with him but she told him she doesn't want to stay with him And April he ask me for a and then he block me and then he unblock me to ask for more money.
I'm currently married in ANC, however I have a 5 year old child, there is no assest or property to be split, it just the custody for my son, they have threatened me several times that they want custody of him, however his dad is not an active parent, his being on drugs and rehabs several times, I also have a protection order and a warrant of arrest against him as he was abusive, so under no circumstance is he a fit enough father to have shared custody even over weekends as his so unpredictable, I want to apply for supervised visits just to make sure that my child is under good supervision and care, his family lives under a toxic environment where they randomly just call the police for each other, I just need to know my son is safe, how do I go about doing so
Physical abuse at work during an investigative meeting towards me for poor work conduct after I requested a copy of the full recording to be sent to me whilist I was in the meeting and was declined the request but advised you will only receive the transcript . I grabbed the phone that was recording to ask why can I not receive the copy of the recording as byblaw I am entitled to it since I have consent for the recording . Then from no where the senior manager jumped over my neck from the back side straining my back and neck trying to get the phone hurting my thumb also and then eventually the phone locked and she let go . Could not attend work the following day stiff neck and sore thumb the Wednesday visited doc and was given an additional 3 days sick leave with a doc note just want to find out what is the way forward

I visited the BP station located at Morninghill to refuel my car. During this visit, I also asked the attendant to fill water in my coolant water container. However, the employee who assisted me neglected to secure the water pump bottle after filling it. As a result, the bottle remained open, causing the cooling system to malfunction and leading to my car overheating and got damaged. I want the garage to pay the money i spent on repairs.
is a school for special needs children and we accommodate children in 3 hostels on the premises. There are 5 houses were staff is being accommodated. We need guards for the day from 6:00 to 18:00 and then night duty from 18:00 to 6:00. The guard must open the gates and control access to the school. During the night the guard must patrol the premises.
On 29th November , while on my lunch break, I was detained by Checkers Harvest Place security for allegedly shoplifting a razor blade and replacement blades. They stopped me 2 steps outside the store and demanded a bag search. I immediately realized my error. I had gone into the store for something to eat and drink and while there, realized I needed a new razor as I had a company function in a few days. I went to the aisle without a basket but with my work backpack on my back. I picked out a razor and blades and put them into my bag, with the intent of taking them out when paying at the till. Here is the rub, I am very clumsy so I'll often walk down shopping aisles looking around me to make sure I don't walk into anyone - this was not seen that way on the footage of the store. They are saying that I intentionally put the items in my bag and did not intend to pay for them. I did intend to pay. I was also very distracted that day as it was our Black Friday at work and I was worried about my mother at home who had had major back surgery in October . I got distracted on the way to the till and decided to pay with my phone instead of my card (which would have led me to open my bag and see the items and remember them). When I was stopped by security, I was initially confused but when they asked to look in my bag, I remembered the items and realized my mistake. I took out the razor and blades and offered it back to the security - because my colleague was alone in the store and I had to get back - but they refused and detained me. While handcuffed in the office, I also asked for the Manager of the store and offered to pay for the items but again, he refused. I was arrested by Kempton Park police and taken in on shoplifting charges. Made bail and appeared in court on Monday December 2nd . My case was postponed to 10 April and then again to 13th June as my lawyer wanted to apply for Diversion. On 13 June the representation for withdrawal and Diversion was rejected by the Senior Prosecutor as they truly think I took the items intentionally. Now my lawyer is saying that the best course of action is to go to trial because going through the DPP for another withdrawal will take a long time and even more appearances (as if a trial won't...?) I would just like someone to give me non-vague advise as I feel that I have truly learned my lesson of absentmindedness and that I have already paid the value of the items in attorneys fees 7 times over. I am not someone who would risk her job (which I did in fact lose due to everything) on something like a razor blade.
Does my employer have the right to tel me to use my leave and all my sick leave for a injury on duty.i was booked of for more than a month and i am stil on light duty at work.all this is as result of a injury on duty.i was told that i wil barely get a salary if i dont put in all my leave and they wil take all my sick leave for the next three years to come
