We would need to retire and remodel the bathrooms. There are two bathrooms, both are about 5m squared. The one bathroom we would need to look at extending to make room for a shower, so this would extend to about 7m squared. The kitchen would need a new design - new cabinetry etc.

There is no outside access to the back yard. We want to brick off a passage through the bathroom and dressing room and install access doors in garage and back wall. Then refit the bathroom.
