Deliver, supply and install water pipes for main house and 2 out buildings that were stolen. Request for high quality pipes in plastic or won't be stolen as previous was the old aluminum pipes. The pipes approximate length will be about 20 m. Also all joints and taps need to be replaced. Quotes on 6 taps to be replaced.
When I left my teaching job at a Potchefstroom school, I also had to leave the hostel flat accommodation where I lived. MAIN HOUSE: GENERAL LIVING AREAS & BEDROOMS • Dining Room Archway: Skim, plaster, and smoothly finish the rough, unfinished brickwork on the widened dining-room-to-kitchen entrance. • Bedroom Floors: Remove and replace all cracked floor tiles across all three (3) bedrooms. • Living & Dining Room Floors: Source and install matching floor tiles to replace all missing tile sections in the lounge and dining areas. • Full Interior Painting: Prep, prime, and apply two coats of standard interior paint to all walls and ceilings across the entire main house. 4. GRANNY FLAT RESTORATION • Kitchen Floor: Supply and lay new floor tiles to replace all missing pieces. • Bathroom Walls: Retile the bathroom walls where tiles have completely fallen off. • Full Interior Painting: Prep and paint all internal walls and ceilings inside the granny flat. 5. STRUCTURAL ROOFING, FASCIA BOARDS & RAINWATER SYSTEM • Truss Repair / Replacement: Inspect the roof perimeter and replace all rotten timber roof truss ends supporting the roof tiles. • Fascia & Finishing Boards: Supply, fit, and paint new fascia/barge finishing boards where they are currently missing or damaged. • Gutters & Downpipes: Completely remove the old, rusted-through guttering system. Supply and install brand-new, seamless PVC or chromadek gutters and downpipes around the entire house and granny flat.

A damp-proof line/barrier was professionally sealed on the outside wall (side alley along the lounge) approximately 4 years ago before failing. There are symptoms & observations of damp line failure: The original horizontal damp line shows signs of moisture breakthrough, indicating the previous barrier has been compromised. A distinct crack has formed and is climbing vertically up the internal wall surface of the lounge. Check the external brickwork, ground levels, and high-level for leaks. The application of U.S student Sevi's visa reinstatement for my son. I am looking for tax advising and tax administration to do SARS submissions for (1) a South African Pty Ltd (that had revenue of just over ZAR 1 million in ) and had not been VAT registered yet, and (2) a South African property-owning trust. I have not submitted any SARS applications yet. The company and trust management accounts are maintained by our existing accountants, and I am waiting for financial statements.
