I bought an Rdp house for cash(R ) through the agent.the offer to purchase was signed in front of the conveyancer and the seller.the money was deposited into a trust account provided by the conveyancer.the transaction happened in September and during the period of the conveyancer told me they lodged with deeds office and early this I tried to get hold of the conveyancer without success and I decided to check with the deeds and only to find out the conveyancer never submitted the paperwork to a house be registered in my name.I then called one of the partners in the law firm and he actually said I’m not the only person complaining about the service I got from their firm and told me that he was defrauded millions by the property agents and the conveyancer and I happened to be one of the victims and he said that the trust account that was provided does not belong to his firm and that his firm’s name was used to defraud clients.I wanna know how do I need to be assisted,how long it might take and what are chances of getting my money back

Wooden Garage Door is 50 years old. Old type mechanism which works with a weight. The cable connected between the garage door and the door has snapped. The wooden Garage door also need some work to be done on it as some of the slats are either loose or coming adrift. Not sure what you recommend I do and obviously need to see what the costs involve.

I need an attorney to be in the high court on the 11th of this month I was illegaly evicted and we hot a high court order to stay the eviction there is an advocate but my lawyer decided to withdraw on 99 and my property was badly damaged by the sheriff's office people and numerous of my belongings is missing aswell I am still buzy looking through the remainder of my things.
My brother killed his girlfriend and also tried to kill himself. My brother and his girlfriend were chilling with some other people while they were relaxing there apparently the deceased lady fought with her friend and my brother tried to stop her and had an argument together as he was tryingto stop the lady from fighting the friend. They left the place went to another house to one of the deceased lady's friend and when they got there they still fought to a point where my brother took a knife and stabbed the lady multiple wounds and slit her throat and also tried to slit his throat too after realizing that he had killed the lady. Someone called the police and found him lying on the ground with murder weapon on his hand. He admitted everything to the polices as he was taken to the hospital. He has appeared to court three times now with no progress to his case going forward. His second appearance he was told the police officer who is responsible for the case was not available and third appearance same story about the police officer.
