We received a final letter of written warning for noise dispute. 1. The final written warning was issued 'audi alteram partem ' 2. The managing agent starts to name and shame my partner regarding issues yhat are not even related to the final written warning. They are not related abd should have been addressed to me as the owner. 3. They have continuously refused to respond to my emails requesting proof as well as emails demanding retraction. This final written warning was cc'd to all the Trustees. 4.
