So, my house is the old model version, I would also love to remodel the roofing style to make it look like a model. The house is not a build-in, so I would like to have it have in-built furniture. The house is not tiled, would like it to be tiled on the floor. There are no sewage and kitchen facilities, would like to have them installed as well with the building of additional bathroom in one of the rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, sitting room, balcony, and double garages. The needed additions would be 1 bathroom and a study area
I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. I plan to add an additional garage as well, would like to remove the old swimming pool, and build a bigger one.
I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.

Seal all previously painted surfaces with acrylic bonding sealer Apply 1 coat Acrylic 1 st Coat where necessary to level repairs. Apply 2 finishing coats of Vinyl Silk in a colour scheme of choice. Apply 1 coat of Bright White Ceiling Acrylic to any porch/ patio ceilings and cornice work
So want to replace toilets, basins and the plumbing pipes are outside walls want them on the inside of the wall. Want to replace the shower in the main bathroom with a shower door n tiled fully The second bathroom has a tub want to put a shower. Also tiled fully. Hi I just bought this house and would like to make some adjustments to fit my liking. I need the main bedroom to be extended including a bathroom, need the kitchen to be completely renovated, need the visitor's toilet to be completely renovated as well, need the living room to be remodelled (some middle will need to be broken down) I would rather prefer an onsite quote, the boundary quote need to be built as well...
We have just purchased an old house that requires some TLC and/or remake to suit our taste, e.g. bigger kitchen with scullery, wooden floors repair & restoration, additional outdoor lighting, borehole water softening & purification, converting outside old bucket toilet into flushing one and finally look at solar system installation options.
I have sample plan to serve as an example. We are planning to rent commercial property that we want to renovate and turn into a radiology medical facility. The property need to be renovated to have a reception area, a waiting area for patients, a kitchen for the staff, a lounge resting area, a room that with small single compartments to allow doctors and other staff to sleep/rest while working overnight/overtime and an office space for the staff We are looking at square metres to spare metre rented facility. I have uploaded 2 sample plans of the other testing radiology rooms. so it won't look exactly like tis plan, but these are samples of how we would like the facility to look like. I would like quotes, or an idea of how the entire renovation cost would cost us. the building material cost, and labour, just a rough estimate would be great thanks
