How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
Semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, small galley-type kitchen, small bathroom. I would like to utilize outside adjacent areas to create a more spacious feel without major building construction. For example I've already installed awnings at front and rear of the house in order to facilitate my objective of creating a more spacious-flowing appeal. I also have a relatively large wooden-cabin approx 6 by 6 sq meters in extent, which I'd also like to enhance for personal occupation.
I am looking at having something for privacy and will need it built/installed on top of current barrier wall to heighten the barrier between neighbours as the current standard wall does not provide privacy.. This will be something I'm considering after the next 6 months. I know its not a standard request. I live in a pan handel and have no privacy

I need a quote on installation of three overhead fans in bedrooms and one more in a lounge area. The three bedrooms do not have a single overhead light but four small recessed lights. we want to place metal sheeting (Chromadek) on top of our existing roof. Our existing roof is Nutec, and has been treated with Eco Rubber. The roof still leaks sometimes. We need a more permanent solution. We do not want to remove the existing roof, we want to have Chromadek sheeting placed on top of the existing roof, with insulation in between the existing roof and the new roo, as currently there is no plastic or insulation..
