Hi, Pool is around 2 by 4 meters and currently nothing is operational. The pool is empty besides a thick layer of a hard yellowish substance. The previous property owner provided a new pump with is currently sitting in a spare room. I'm trying to understand how much I would need to put in to get the pool in running condiction. Regards
Water drained into a bladder. Surface assessed as gunite worn away in areas. Re-line with fibre glass. Check pool light. Clean in-pool surround tiles. Refill pool with water from bladder. Pool roughly 5m x 12m Photo shows current pool surface where gunite has worn away completely but entire surface is stippled..
Good day, I have a property in Meyersdal. I have just finished paving around the pool, I have managed to remove most of the sand that was at the bottom, however there is still some there & I am not sure if the pool is now stained or just needs chemicals. It is a fibreglass pool, Please find attached pictures. Theres a pic before the paving, the one is after the paving done & the other one is as it is now after removing most of the sand. Please advise, Thankyou
I would like to install a pool in George later this yea if it is affordable, but I do not know wheter it is better to do fibre glass or concrete pool, will probably mainly decided by the costs, but I know there are benefits and negatives to each, I am looking for more or less a 10 meter by 5 meter pool, and I know fibre glass limits is about 10 by 4 meters, which is still fine if price is lot less, not sure what to do
I have a 4x4 m pool wit a smaller jacuzzi type that fills into the main pool when recirculating water. Wen pump is turned on it works ok but as soon as the filter hose is connected it does not want to suck. It starts to an then immediately stops vacuuming. I also notice the water level is dropping by abt 2 cm overnight with the pump being off.
Good day, are you perhaps able to do a once off vacuum to waste, just to clean the gunk at the bottom? It will need to be done with an external pump (as pool pump has been off for a while due to a leak and water is below the weir). The water is blue'ish, just need the bottom to be cleaned and light fixed. It's approx. L pool, kidney shape. Can send photos if it can help. Kindly share a quote. Thnx
We have 3 pools that needs the pipe work done as well as marbalite and fibre glass. There is also jacuzzis that needs to be done, waterfalls as well. Send me a WhatsApp and I can show you what I need from you. All 3 pools are already built. One has coping intone has already been plastered and the other one is just finish built.
We have inspected the pool and found it to be mostly empty and the deepend wall to have collapsed/torn. Client advised that they had their contractor carrying out repairs when a storm occurred which resulted in the wall having torn. The structural integrity has been compromised beyond possible repairs and a new pool will need to be installed. We have allowed for the replacement shell, new light, 1m paving and coping only, weir, aimflow jet and the new plumbing of the pool to be connected onto the existing filtration system. Access to the pool area has not been allowed for as this will need to be provided by the client (removal of surrounding wall etc.). Please note that the quote does not allow for possible ground water issues and the management of this, this can only be assessed properly once the pool has been removed.
Hi, I’m looking for a quote to clean and service two swimming pools at my property in Vredehoek. Both pools have been empty since October and need a full clean and general servicing. One of the pools also has a leak that needs to be identified and repaired. Please let me know when you’d be available to assess and provide a quote. Thanks,
