I need help with the accounting for a number of properties i have and rent. Some are in my personal name and some are in my Trust. There are a number of cross payments where I pay for the Trust or the Trust pays for me, so I have to keep track of a loan account. I'm looking for an appropriate software package (or bookkeeper) where I can process transactions and at the end of the year pull a P&L report and a loan account report. I also have to calculate and submit tax and do an AFS for the Trust. But currently I have service providers doing that work for me.
I am a disabled person who has been put of from work for the last 4yrs and collect an income protection from my insurance company.I was also paid a lump som disability amount which I invested and recieve interest on.Need help with tax forms and advise going forward.Consultant must be independent and not belong to any insurance company
SARS informed me that I need to submit provisional tax by 28 February . I have never submitted provisional tax before and do not know how to do it. I need urgent help. In the past I have always submitted once a year buy October but I am not sure why I must submit provisional tax since I am om on pension.
I have filed my tax return, and supporting documents for my housing allowance. My tax is paid by my employer but SARS is now asking me for a sum of money and i have no clue how to resolve it because i have given them all of the documentation they requested. I have a dispute with SARS. They refunded me R20 in for a medical bill after an eye operation and 3 years later they demanded the money back. I have tried every avenue to sort this out with our success. With interest they have increased the amount to R60 . It is impossible get a walk in appointment with them.
The club has in the order of members (debtors) and their statements needs to be reconciled on a monthly basis. There are 4 employees and casual staff working for the club. We run a bar for members and associated accounting services (e.g. stock recons) needs to be provided. Creditors needs to be paid. Financial statements, in line with regulatory requirements needs to be compiled.

We have a family trust with 7 properties to the value of ~18 Million Rands. The trust also has a facility of ~R5 million with FNB. The trust has capital in the form of investments ~R3 million. I need to get a quote for doing annual book keeping where I provide all the bank statements and a detailed summary of all the expenses and income on a monthly basis. Data will need to be confirmed but should be accurate - this is provided in a form of an excel spreadsheet. Income into the trust comprises five rental incomes per month (60 per year). Expenses are ~30 payments of bond, levies, tax, maintenance, insurance per month ( payments max) Some movement of money between the beneficiaries but no more than 3 transactions per year I need you to also submit the tax returns which are non-profit - no tax was Pais and the trust is still running at a loss each year. I can provide the statements for the last 5 years as reference to start the new relationship. I need you to draft annual statements once a year and handle the tax return issues and need a ballpark quote including all expenses.
The company had only one project last year, with just two payments, resulting in very low transaction activity. However, I need a signed three-year financial statement from a bookkeeper (not an auditor) by Saturday. Since I became a director last year, I have maintained well-organized records using accounting software, with all expenses supported by source documents. However, I am concerned that the previous director may not have kept thorough financial records in earlier years. Additionally, the company is not currently paying salaries.
