I have uncovered a problem with trustees abusing their power as Trustees, have got hard evidence on self dealing, acquiring the services of an accountant without a mandate signed by other trustees, negotiation with a neighbour farmer a lease of land and possibly receiving upfront costs for a 12 month period, cant verify where the funds have been placed, this one trustee is one of four trustees that run this trust, I have got hard evidence to substantiate this accusation, I am a friend of the one trustee and would like to get legal advice on how to proceed as I know that she has legal obligations that she has to abide by.
