There is a hole in the bottom timber section of double garage door. My husband has taken a look and the wood does not seem to be rotten. We need someone to offer some advice and let us know whether repairs are even possible and how much it cost. The garage door would be at my son's house in Fourways.

I've got a single door garage door which the installer bought from Doorman Vredenburg. The top part was not stable from beginning, the installer told me it was a factory fault and he will replace it for me. To make a long story short, he disappeared along with the Doorman agent in Vredenburg. I need a quote for the top part and somebody to replace it for me.

Currently wooden, want to replace with something better quality and automated. Also a “garage door” that is behind the gate, blocking a view of the driveway - same mechanism and door type as the garage door. I want that driveway gate and both garage door gates replaced and automated.
I currently have 2 separate doors outomated with one centered Gemini motor. The current roll-up steel doors are old and grinding it out every time we open it. The doors either have to be replaced with 2 new doors, or have to be replaced with one solid door with a new motor. The current motor is however fine.
