Lounge area: I need 2 wall plugs installed. Then a plug for aircon. Then the gyser is not working it keeps tripping. The only thing that was not replaced is the switch for the main DB board.

Die deur wil nie altyd oop maak as mens die remote druk nadat dit gelock was nie - dit shutter eers en Saterdag wou hy glad nie oop maak nie - later het hy sommer self-net reg gekom en oop gemaak op die sensor. I need a municipal electrical cable joined/ fixed. CoCT has determined there is a problem and provided me with a temorary emergency cable. The problem is under the tarred driveway according to them. See X on photo. Company must also be able to fill and retar after the work is completed or refer me to someone who can.
