We are building 12 x 2-bedroom apartments over 2 floors. The land size is approximately 1, m2 in total. It is split into 3 equal portions of m2 each. The floor size is 1,m2 including patios and roof slabs. Plans have been submitted to the Brakpan municipality waiting approval. The zoning is Residential 3 and funding for the project is ready.
