Hi My pittle sister reversed into someone's car and and hit the left side fender or the car, damaging it by leaving a whole as it seemed to be of fibre glass. Offers were made to the lady to have the fender replaced and painted but she refused all offers made instead, sent her boyfriend to let us know that she needs R for that damage, fixing it would have cost much less because we had already started getting quotations. Weeks later, she had a full makeover of her car, amounting to more than R59 , and now my pittle sister is sued for that whole amount of her car makeover. Everything that had nothing to do with the damage caused by the incident, was repaired.

Settlement in divorce stipulates ex husband must pay my medical expenses untill I marry again. I have been on a specific medical aid plan for >10 years, for which he has been paying monthly contributions. Now he is demanding that I change to a cheaper plan, saying if I don't, he will only pay the cheaper plan and I will have to pay the monthly divergence. Is he allowed to do this? If not, what will you charge for sending him info regarding this matter?
Unmarried biological mother and father. Paternal grandmother has primary residence of minor. Paternal grandmother is refusing biological father his rights and responsibilities. Not sure if paternal grandmother has guardianship due to the refusal of obtaining legal documentation from lawyers or paternal grandmother.
