The wife left my house in February after Marriage that took place in December . No contact since then. I saw her on WhatsApp whilst tracing. She refused to provide current address. I consulted with court and prepared summons and handed them to Legal aid lawyer 3 years back. Legal aid tried to call her and she was rude refusing gto issue address where summons can be delivered. A private investigator was appointed and provided last known address. Summons handed to Alberton sheriff. Sheriff tried 6 times to serve gates were always locked. Only on 1st attempt he found a small girl and thereafter gates were always locked. I requested the Legal aid attorney to proceed to court but he has a lot of excuses for 3 years now.I. his last email he tried to convince me to allow him to withdraw the case and I start afresh with the Legal aid in Pretoria. I refused because he delayed for 3years and the case was filed in Bushbuckridge,Mhala court. I realized that he has wasted my time now he wants me to start afresh.

I have emigrated from Yugoslavia-Serbia to South Africa in , hoping for a better life. It was hard, since I didn’t have anybody there, but I was hoping that, on the end, reward is waiting. Time was passing, struggle continued, and I decided to try to change my life. Africa Is exotic and beautiful from many ways, so I wanted to see the continent before I leave. I went back to my parents,and I was informed by a mutual friend that Miss. Nada Rovcanin, my neighbor, wanted to go to South Africa. So I brought her over, helped with finding accommodation and started preparing a trip through Africa using my savings and pension fund. At the end of the journey, NATO started bombing Serbia, so I went back to South Africa with the idea of applying for a Canadian visa. Nada was still there, spent all the money that she brought with her, working at some restaurant, facing problems with not receiving salaries and extending her visa. Together with Mrs. Ernestine Holloway, who lives currently in the Netherlands, they put pressure on the restaurant owner to take over the restaurant, but they didn’t have enough money. My plans were changed since I get the opportunity to register for M-tech and solve some differences between my overseas and local education systems, so I decided to help Nada in creating a new life by paying for the restaurant with the rest of the pension money I had left after travelling, and sorting out her visa problem through marriage. We lived together for some time already. Mrs. Ernestine Holloway wrote by hand instructions on what should be paid to whom, and stated that I am the sole owner of Rochella's restaurant. That is the only original document that I have left; others are swapped for copies. I also have a bank statement with the transfer as per instructions. My life was between studies in Pretoria and restaurant in Johannesburg. There were always problems with the money. According to her, an experienced chef, the restaurant was working just to cover expenses, including her salary; as an owner, I was working for food and petrol, and we shared accommodation. I remember that problems between us started when I refused to use my personal credit card to pay for some expenses while her mother was visiting, later she told me that she used her mother's money to pay restaurant salaries, what I mentioned to refund in divorce proposal – even not knowing did her mother bring any money, or having any proof that this has happened. Her mother was also a chef and helped in the kitchen during the visit. We had three armed robberies in the restaurant; I had had another two before, and so we were fairly traumatized. She went on vacation overseas, renovating her mother's flat, while I was getting money from my family for traveling. We put the restaurant for sale. Nada received a proposal to run a clubhouse in Sibaya Sands, which was a closed compound without any expenses and free security, so we left the restaurant premises and moved furniture and fittings, soon after I signed a new lease agreement at Merrowdown Plaza. She told me that she bought three flats with the money her mother brought from overseas when she visited, and I trusted her even though the Serbian police took her mother's money at the airport, including the money that my mother sent me. Nada prepared three sets of books – for sale, tax and the real ones, but I noticed that she is changing figures on those which supposed to be real. Tired from fighting both sides and obviously unable to control anything, I filed for divorce. She refused, blackmailed, cried, so I have written the final offer you have, giving everything I have and offering even more, just to come with me to the court, but she refused again. You can probably see from the divorce papers that I was alone there and from document listing assets that it was conditional – that I will give all this if she comes with me to the sheriff. I completed my M-tech with Prof. Rastko Zivanovic, who ended in investigation for research funds abuse and started D-tech with Prof. Ben van Wyk, but this backfire to me and it is also subject of legal assistance, so I decided finally to leave South Africa, I have sold everything I could, gave Nada all the SA Rands I had, left some bags with her so that she can ship them to me later (never received), and she gave me USD, so that I can buy the coffee at the airport. Few years later Nada contacted me to ask for copies of divorce papers that were required for an emigration application to Sweden, and no other documents were offered or asked for. We started communicating again. Suddenly, she contacted me to tell me that she has a way to get my student file out of the University - if I want - which at first I took as nonsense, but later put serious concern on her good intentions. A few months after this, Prof. Ben van Wyk, my D-tech mentor, became a Dean and asked for a new set of documents since the original registration papers were lost in , he said. I've provided SAQA with the same documents I've submitted for HSRC evaluation. Nada came to Serbia and wanted to see me. There were a lot of contradictory stories. Once she told me that the police was looking for me because of some murder case, that I committed a forgery with documentation, that I am on red Interpol wanted list, that I cannot put my foot on African soil and showed me the folded document what I believe was a divorce proposal that I have written, probably expecting to get more money for her mother and other. On the other hand, she brought me the amount of money that I had invested to buy the restaurant, saying that it was sold, told me that she got married and divorced from somebody to get the visa in Sweden, met my new wife and promised that next time she will bring me documentation for one flat ownership. Even send some clothes to our firstborn child. I came to South Africa again in to see living conditions, so that I could bring my new wife and kids, but we have decided not to. Crime level was too high. I went to the police to check my record, and I was told that I am clear. I went to the bank as well, and I was told that the account I have opened for the restaurant is closed. I believe that she used the proposal document that she never rewarded or signed to transfer all asset that were earned during marriage. I have a copy of the document stating that I have given her a one flat that we lived in, other two were on her name. Since she was threatening me with police, and communicating with somebody from TUT, I believe that there is something wrong with the asset transfer since I was never contacted or issued any document still living about meters from her mother?! I am at the age of 58 and my pension in Serbia does not look promising. I helped whenever I could, never expected or ask for any return. Now, I feel fairly humiliated that after all good energy I have spend for her to succeed in life, I came to the point that I have to look for a pension support on this way, but still hope that there is a chance for something good. My sons behavior is changed and his got anger lately for the past 2 days. His gomna br 8 years old in 19 October. I was so shocked to see him like that and there is my Dad who is a Grand father that make things worce he doesn't premand him when his wrong when i yalk or shout he would tell me that his still young and when i say No whe would say Yes in front of him and when i say No he would do tantrums become he knows his Grandfather will say something on his favor. This thing its stressing me even at School he doesn't do well. Sometimes i wish i can go stay somewhere far and be alone.
