There are two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a living area downstairs but to rent it out for long term renters we would need to add a small kitchen. potentially something like a kitchenette. Because in the long term the house won't need two full kitchens we would just want the bottom kitchen to have the basics like a sink, a place for a washing machine a fridge and small place you can chop food and place a microwave/oven.
