I have been threatened for eviction at the property I stay in after not getting an alternative place .after my lease has expired . The landlord is refusing to extend or agree on a month to month contract until I get an alternative place to stay. So they are planning to come collect keys of the property and unlawfully evict me with a court order. Also they are not willing to renew the leases. I’m concerned of my safety should they throw me out of the property.

Good day i am requesting assistance with an issue related collecting of a CCMA arbitration award and other labour relate matters employer committed fraud to escape obligations negligence of inspectors caused extensive delays. inspector attempts to hide crimes by altering CCMA award post escalation. objectives 1 . present award before court for compliance order 2. claim damages against inspector for fraud and corruption that caused unreasonable delay and financial deprovision
A young Zimbabwian woman who is currently working for a family member has overstayed her 3 months viza by approx 10 months (she is helping to support her mother and siblings back home in Zim. We have only recently discovered this as on questioning her status in the beginning she answered that she was in the country legally but it could of been a problem on our part that we misunderstood what she had said as she has a poor command of English.) How do we go about rectifying the problem with her overstay and also applying for a working permit for her.
My husband and I got married in September but his status at Home Affairs still reglects as married. H3 got divorced in . We have the divorce decree but it does not reflect ID numbers. Home affairs refuse to update his marital status because of the Id numbers. High Court advised they can not reissue. We are stuck. Apparently we have to apply to hig court for an amended court order. We only have a month left to register our marriage. Please assist.
Representation at the CCMA hearing for unfair dismissal based on breach of trust. Said breach occurred two weeks before I got fired. I was allowed to continue working at the restaurant even after my hearing. Company was made aware of alleged breach of trust two weeks prior. I was able to continue working for two weeks then the hearing took place and for another week I continued working for the company. The breach of trust was because it seemed like I had fabricated counts, when I cant remember what exactly happened however I followed company policy and procedure yet I was still allowed to work. I'm seeking a ball park of costs that would be associated with going over my documents and then representation at the CCMA hearing that will take place on the 13th of November
I am unemployed. Since last year September when our family home was sold I have been supporting my two children with the proceeds from the sale, selling personal items and the odd photography session. My son is 13 and homeschooled. My daughter is 21, lives at home and is studying for a business diploma through correspondence. My husband who was removed by police for domestic violence sends R per week which contributes towards my children's food. I have no savings left and can not find work my husband is car dealer in Bethlehem and if he does not increase his contribution significantly we will be homeless soon.
Me and brother inherited property. I'm selling my portion to him. The agreement was that he will pay mounthly up untilll its settled. As from January he did not make any payment. In July this year he asked to give him time to sort his payslips then he will do an application at a bank to settle me in full. In September I send him the full statement of outstanding and that he must let me know when will we go to the bank. Up untill now no replay from him.
I want to claim rent from my unlawful tenants . These tenants have been given an eviction order for Jan 31st . They have not paid rent from June and even with the eviction order has not paid rent currently. I did try giving them an agreement for reduced rent but they have still not accepted agreement or paid anything . I also have a protection order against them granting me access to my property without interference and was then able to see the damages caused in my house . There were various demand letters sent which resulted in a positive eviction but I still need to claim my outstanding rent
