But failing 2 remove him . Advise and action is required in this matter urgently. At the moment there is an Heir to this property . This matter is dragging on for About five yrs. It's a GEPF fraud, my brother managed to remove me and my sister as benefiaries and add his two children instead, I think that was done with my aunts phone on gepf website (Deceased) ( otp) since he has the phone with him. She died on the 8th December , the following week I went to GEPF and i was shown a screen with details of me, my sister and my brother with percentages and amounts. The guy who was helping me gave some forms to take to the bank to fill some details and give back (gepf) and I did, he then told me to come back back in February as the process takes about two months, in February when I come back, my name and my sister's were no longer there but only my brother and his two kids were there Important: changes he made was done after death, history on the gepf database should show the sequence of beneficiaries and dates as well. The property I bought from public works, paid on March . I was told that because the purchase price is way less than a million, there's no transfer costs needed. While waiting I then received an email from public works in to say at the time when I made a payment the price had increased so there's a shortfall. To my surprise the shortfall is twice the purchase amount.

I financed a secondhand car on the 18th of march,apparently the car seems to have body fillers and signs repaint that shows it was in a minor accident.i asked the salesman before drove off they said the car is accident free.the car engine is shacking and has weird sound coming from the dashboard and engine. I tried taking the car back and cancel agreement for false information on day 6 they refused to take it back and even now I’m driving the car as is since they told me that I have to wait for the ombudsman for response as I filed a case with miosa the past 3 months. I also saw discrepancies they made on my expenses to calculate affordability if not mistaken they are incorrect.about a month ago the car began to have a problem when starting sometimes it wouldn’t. I don’t know how you can assist on that?
