1. Coloured walls need to be repainted to original colour. 2. All holes in the walls to be filled. 3. There are multiple ceiling boards either missing or damaged; they need to be replaced. 4. I am having fully installed solar power system which worked for roughly 6 months and the battery keeps on tripping on its Circuit breaker. The installer informed me that it is over discharged. He took it and recharged it and only worked for one day and it is still doing the same thing. I am using this to run 5×4m freezer room. I am told is a 9kw solar power system. It never worked for the entire year and I don't see the benefit of having it. Please come to assess and give recommendations.

We’re hosting a traditional Xhosa wedding and will be serving buffet style lunches for maximum people. The leak is only on one side of the pitched roof close to the parapet wall. The leak is intermittent depending on the angle of the rain. On inspection the tiles all appear to be in good condition and no cracks were found. It could be something to do with the flashing installed where the tiles meet the wall.
