properties that we require cleaning, are AirBnb premises, on an ad-hoc / as required basis... but also on De Gama Road, there will be approx 33 bedrooms to eventually require similar services being completed, perhaps with SOME permanent staff on site to manage the day-to-day cleans, in a planned new hotel complex. This will mean that ad-hoc attendance will be to carry out a to change / wash / iron bedding will also be required... as will vacuuming and cleaning each room ready for the next attendee. We have several properties that we require this service from, in and around JayBay. Individuals and company's can apply, but some equipment and Accidental Damage Insurance will DEFINITELY be required.

My sister has purchased a house in Merrivale, Howick that has been empty for a while and needs a clean from the ceilings to the floors including walls etc. All I know is that it is a 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. From picture seen it has a maids quarters and single garage which would need to be given a good clean as well no doubt. I do not know the exact address.
