On front side we would add glass sliding doors and add a way for entrance into the room. Maybe stairs on balcony with stairs

Buying a property and wanting to convert to an office with a large boardroom or hall and to possibly add a few rooms to use as a guesthouse or backpacker. At the moment it is just a msq stand with a building in one corner and a second building on the side, I need ideas on how best to explore and maximize the land and with the additions that we have in mind. Main building also a little old looking, would love a modernizing touch.

A center room with mini kitchenette (sink and small work space with overhead space for microwave and cupboard space) which serves as small seating area, and one room either side as office space (for desk and some storage) This will obviously require plans and clearances to be obtained upfront.

Abt 41sqm in total.Doors need to be sandpapered .Few cracks to be filled .Few areas to remove old paint which is peeling away Window area is 4m length n 2 are 2,5m length. Ps I arranged for painters to come today 25 April to paint.Only saw this now.Pls help urgently as I need to know they not ripping me off Few cracks to be filled.
