I use Sage and capture all my own invoices and load the banking which is then allocated. 1. Rear garage padestrian door has a hole in it from a cat flap being there before. I need to know if it can be repaired or if the entire door has to be replaced. If repaired, then the door would need to be repainted. 2. A drainage hole to be made in the exterior boundary wall. 3. Damp treatment and painting of two room walls. This is a tenanted property, so I am not physically present to check the repairs needed to be quoted on. Someone would need to go to the premises to see the extent of the work needed to be done.
