1. Total land size is estimated at sqm. 2. Land is a gradient (not flat). 3. I want to slab a concrete roof over the pool. (This is probably estimated to be 10m x 15m) 4. This proposed new slab concrete roof over the pool to commence from the existing garage foundation floor level. (Hence will be able to drive onto the pool new concrete slab roof. This will also enable to access the front side of property and increase car parking space). 5. To also slab a new concrete roof over the exiting property. (Hence the normal roof truss and roof tiles removed and to concrete new slab roof. Later the intention is to build onto the new concrete slab roof. I bought a house and would like to expand it..make it big with new look including double Garage.
I had a double garage which I need to convert into a 2 bedroom flat. bottom section about 35 squares and the bedrooms must both be upstairs. Downstairs a open plan kitchen, and a shower with toilet and basin. I also need to include 2 Wendy houses and a area that was enclosed by the previous owner without a plan. My pool also collapsed and I want to build a brick/cement pool which will be smaller than the original.
