Now he has been running around, Buyer's lawyers struggle to find him to sign the " property Transfer docs", after he promised several times to do so or meet with them.., with failure. Now he has be served High court summons, for him to oppose or sign. So that if he fails to appear, the court would be requested to order the sheriff to sign on his behalf.
I bought an Rdp house for cash(R ) through the agent.the offer to purchase was signed in front of the conveyancer and the seller.the money was deposited into a trust account provided by the conveyancer.the transaction happened in September and during the period of the conveyancer told me they lodged with deeds office and early this I tried to get hold of the conveyancer without success and I decided to check with the deeds and only to find out the conveyancer never submitted the paperwork to a house be registered in my name.I then called one of the partners in the law firm and he actually said I’m not the only person complaining about the service I got from their firm and told me that he was defrauded millions by the property agents and the conveyancer and I happened to be one of the victims and he said that the trust account that was provided does not belong to his firm and that his firm’s name was used to defraud clients.I wanna know how do I need to be assisted,how long it might take and what are chances of getting my money back
Have bn together for 45yrs married for35yrs havee 3boyz alive 1 died at 15moths. Both retired. Iam working overtime at kdph as we get old alot is happpening. They have convinced my brother they are romantically interesed in hi and have convinced him to fly to South Africa to meet him. I am highly suspiciaus this is some type of fraud. Would like this person investigated to see if they can be linked to a fraud ring.
I was involve in mva 10 year's ago ,I'm an amputte ,I'm by my self the whole day ,I'm living with 15 yrs girl ,she goes to school and come back later, the work load is too much for me , I need to apply for care giver from raf , I need to be assess and given a motivational letter that state why I need a care giver , I do cleaning,cooking ,washing , shopping and go to clinic by myself it so difficult I'm not I'm failing to manage the work load ,it too much for me sometimes I loose balance and fall
