Hi, we are interested in buying a piece of land in one of George's less costly estates ( Mont Fleur, Welgelegen, Blanco, Kraaibosch, etc ), maybe around m2 to 1,m2. Mountain views necessary. We then need a builder who can get the design and drawings done for us, get these approved and then build the house for us.
