I have just moved into an apartment at Ilala Ridge Estate and need to have the sliding windows serviced. Some of them I can slide upwards and some are really difficult to slide up or down. There are 9 small windows that need to be serviced. Please could you tell me if there is a call out fee to give me a quote or is it a flat fee.
