recently bght a house and the agent never explained to me about the property having a registered and an uregistered servitudes. The registered servitude is situated where it will pose a structural risk to my property and the Home Owner Association keep on presurising me to agree with the neighbour using the servitude. I need them to register my right to cliam as the owner of the property to hold the user of the servitude liable if later I experience problems with the structure of my house.

I would like to install a glass shower door (currently only one side of the shower has a glass wall). I would also like to replace the showerhead which may require changes to the pipe. There is a very slow leak behind the toilet as well. It only leaks occasionally. I would also consider replacing the toilet itself. I would like to replace the bathroom faucet and I would consider replacing the sink itself as well.

Good day, I have tried to obtain a log in details for my tax returns for quite sometime. I have not filed tax returns for quite sometime and need to get this resolved. I do not have any information from my old company regarding my log in details or verification of my accounts, addresses etc. and cant be verified from SARS. I need your help and guidance to get this resolved ASAP and to settle amounts owed to SARS.
My tax consultant left SA without letting me know and SARS is now claiming amounts due, which I have no idea how much it is or why I owe them. I have a monthly pension of R14k and yearly bank interest of around R70k. I live in Portugal but never changed my tax residency. The company is not operational yet in South Africa. But it owns % a company (sub) in Mauritius which is operational. I just need to ensure everything is well with CIPC, tax stuffs, and quarterly submissions or yearly of financials. Public officer not yet appointed since. Need to change company name too.
