Good morning, Can you please advise your call out fee to assess the problem with our large slider gate. It doesn't always open or close properly. The two guide rubbers for the gate are worn and the track that it runs on (the track was extended when we fitted the gate) may need to be bolted into the ground a bit more. I require a shade port for two vehicles to be installed in front of the garage. I would prefer no poles to be used as the structure can be secured directly to the two walls of the buildings adjacent. Dimensions are 6.00m (width) x 4.70m (length). A small 10cm space will be necessary between the entrance door wall and the shade port to accommodate pipes.

We live in a complex. The bathroom door frame is rusting and needs refurbishment. What may be costly though is that the frame is a junction frame. There is a room with door frame aligned next to the bathroom frame. This job may need cutting into cement and brick as it's a metal frame. This then effects the tiling as well.
