Conduit to be installed in the floor to facilitate plug points (can be discussed onsite). To straighten plastering (or remove entirely) plaster on soffit and concrete beams in space. To screed 50mm to 80mm in another vacant 90m2 space and float.

I have just a basic 2 bedroom a kitchen a bathroom , balcony and a dining room, however want to renovate to tiles roof, ceiling board and wall in the sitting area
