Making enquiry as so how much this service would cost for 20 full days. The property has been burgled occasionally (property not the main house) and currently being sold to new owner. The 24 hour guard would be to keep vandals / thieves from entering the property or main house until sale goes through.

I have estimated the square meterage to be m2, the ground slopes from level at the top left of the attached diagram to about 1m at the bottom right. I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms. I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.
