Pricing must make provision for two double entrance gates (for passing of trucks/tractors) and two pedestrian gates. Please note will not be taken as a final quote as it is only for me to see how much funding I should request. A final quote will only be accepted after a site visit. Please advise if there is anything that I might not know of and have to consider in my specifications.

There are trees growing against the wall which I need to remove but that may cause the wall to fall or break 2 or 3 slabs. It's precast wall. I need to repair tomorrow if it breaks, 20 Dec.
Single Face, brick pattern, no style on top, just straight panels to the top Would like to add spikes on the whole length, if you could quote for that separately as an extra. Pedestrian gate, if quoted for, needs to be a non see through gate. About half the length will need old, small vibrocrete fence removed, other half, is wooden fence.

Hi I'm looking at buying a small farm near Clarens in the Free State. It's 30.7 hectares. A huge riverine runs through most of it and a small river at the bottom. I'd like the whole thing fenced with game fencing or security fencing that would also act as a game fence. I'm guessing that where the river is at the bottom, that may need to be a type of palisade to easily let the water flow and allow flooding. One gate (maybe two). I live in JHB and can't easily come and show you but I do have some images. How do you quote? Site visit? Per square meter? Looking forward to hearing from you. .
Diamond shaped razor wire.
I need the fence with razor wire on top as well as 5 x double gates for access for motor vehicles. But because it is a n old complex with access from the road, each house will have to have a access gate. We are talking about 3 double access gates, 1 single gate, as well as 2 gates that will have to be access for 3 cars. See plan attached
